Our eDesign service can be a great option for clients looking to refresh their space or make small updates with the guidance of a professional designer, all from the comfort of their own homes. Interested in working on a project with us, but you don't live in our geographic footprint or maybe you are short on time and or tight on budget, well an eDesign may be the perfect service for you.

What is an eDesign?

eDesign, also referred to as remote interior design, is a fully online interior design service. Through eDesign, we engage with you via email, messaging, video calls, and other digital platforms. We deliver a comprehensive design plan, comprising a floor plan, color palette, furniture and decor recommendations, and other design elements, allowing you to execute the plan at your own pace and within your budget.

In terms of cost, eDesign provides a convenient and budget-friendly solution for clients who may not have access to local interior designers or who prefer remote collaboration. It also offers a more economical option for clients seeking the expertise of an interior designer within a limited budget. Our eDesign service features a flat fee billing structure, as opposed to the hourly rates associated with our full-service projects.

Finally, it's essential to acknowledge that eDesign may not be suitable for all types of interior design projects. For instance, complex renovations or projects involving extensive construction may necessitate in-person consultations and site visits. Nonetheless, our in-demand eDesign service remains an excellent option, keeping the following key points in mind:

  1. You appreciate the convenience of online shopping but seek professional guidance to avoid costly mistakes, frequent returns, and to ensure that you are purchasing properly scaled furniture.

  2. You may feel uncertain about where to begin or how to arrange your room, but you have a clear sense of your preferences and know the best places to find items at great prices.

  3. You want your home to have a cozy, welcoming feel but aren't prepared to fully embrace the benefits of our white glove Interior Design service.

  4. You enjoy the DIY process but would rather have a professional assist you in effectively implementing the design on your own.

  5. You desire a room designed by AIDG but favor the cost-effectiveness of an eDesign.

eDesign Options

  • This package is available to clients who need more direction with designing their space, includes design services i.e. sourcing for furniture and decorative items.

    WHAT DOES IT COST?
    $1000 flat fee per room

    WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US!
    ∙     30-45 min on boarding Virtual Consultation (via phone call or zoom)
    ∙ eDesign Contract
    ∙ 2D Concept Board with Key Selections (per room)
    ∙ One design revision
    ∙ Clickable shopping list
    ∙ Hard and soft finishes (window treatments, tile, flooring, fireplace surrounds, paint colors, etc)
    ∙ All furniture selections

    WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU!
    ∙     Picture & Video of desired Space (perspectives from every corner of the room)
    ∙ Inspiration photos (up to 4) using personalized idea boards via Pinterest/Houzz
    ∙ Measurements of the space (in “inches with window, door & opening specifications included)
    ∙ List of favorite furniture retailers & list of stores you hold credit accounts with (if any)
    ∙ Projected Investment bottom line

  • This package is for clients who want the full virtual design experience. The full experience will have AIDG do all the online sourcing for you to recreate the rendering in the most detailed manner.

    WHAT DOES IT COST?
    $3000 flat fee per room w/ exception of smaller spaces e.g. powder room, foyer/entry, etc.

    ∙ Concept Board with Key Selections (per room and will include furniture sourcing)

    $6000 flat fee per room w/ exception of smaller spaces e.g. powder room, foyer/entry, etc.
